We offer: daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly recurring maintenance cleans.
Your FREE ESTIMATE will break each of the above recurring cleaning appointment charges down with cleaning specifications, included. In addition, each selected recurring clean is billed by the job and not by the hour. (Nobody likes monthly billing surprises!)
*Every property receives an initial clean to bring it to NSCC maintenance cleaning levels. (Pricing will reflect extra time necessary to complete.)
Full service
We provide ALL cleaning supplies and equipment. That’s right! All: microfiber cloths, brushes, sponges, glass cloths, magic erasers, mop sticks, brooms, dusters, cleaning and sanitizing agents, bottles, ladders, and safety signage (just to name the basics). We use high quality Oreck and CleanMax vacuums and buffers. (And, yes, bags and filters are changed routinely.)
For extra, built-in accountability, we always leave property cleaning specifications sheets with
check-offs and notes after each cleaning appointment.
Additional services~
We are offering CONCIERGE SERVICES. If you need a 25th hour in your day (OR even more), hire us to get those EXTRA ITEMS -DONE. (Current Services offered: Dog Walking, Errand Running, Out-of-Town Travel check-ins, and Airport Transfers.)
